Critical Incident Report

The aim is to establish uniformity in evaluating student work based on shared, externally defined Features of Quality. The objectives of this review process include:

  • Enhanced consistency in my judgments

  • Improved feedback for students

  • Closer alignment of assessments with expected standards

  • Assurance for parents and stakeholders that students are appropriately acknowledged for their achievements in accordance with established standards and expectations.
